Tonight's dinner (brand new recipe)

Every so often I get tired of makeing the same recipes over and over so I try something completely new and off the wall while utilizing leftovers. Sometimes it backfires, but it was really dank tonight:
Olive Oil
Coriander
1/3 block Tofu
Red and yellow peppers
Paprika
Basil
Oregano
Tamari Soy Sauce
1 can Black Beans
red pepper
turmeric
tomatoes
cilantro
shiitake mushrooms
garam masala
hot sauce
(next time Ill measure out ratios as Im doing it, this was adhoc)

First I heated olive oil in a pan and sifted in a little coriander.
Then I added the tofu and peppers, frying them until they were golden brown, added basil, oregano, soy sauce and paprika.

I cooked them in the spices a little longer and added the black beans, shiitake and tomatoes. I then further seasoned with cilantro, turmeric, garam masala, cayenne powder and hot sauce

I just realized I eat dinner at 6 am. I ate breakfast at midnight though. I will eat a lunch style meal at the normal time of noon to balance it all out. Hmm I had lunch at 3 am though now that I think about it again....second breakfast will be 9 oclock.
