Prana/Heavenly Qi can be mixed with Inner fire, Metta, Gravity (like iron shirt to hold it all together), and electric marrow and then all compressed into the bones and circulated throughout the whole body at the same time, (first in micro cosmic orbits then later in macro cosmic orbits as awareness expands), it's quite an experience. Then going into void form while all the energy is circulating can pull it all into the LDT.
