Yesterday i seen a guy walkijg a German Sheppard with a green glowing collar, it looked like a glowstick, at about 4:55 AM now I seen a chick walking the same dog with green glowing collar in the same spot at 4:45 AM

We have a couple of those glow collars for our dogs and they're very effective. The doberman used to wander the old property and on more than one occasion he'd come running back to the house and he'd startle the absolute piss out of me when he came barreling out of the shadows.

Now it's impossible to lose track of him.:raver2:
