WTK best gourmet species that can survive in warmer temperatures

I live in Florida, and I usually keep my house around 75°F. I’m looking for some suggestions for some gourmet species that would survive at this temperature. Right now I’ve been growing pink oysters, gray oysters, and warm weather lions mane morning. But any other suggestions would be appreciated.

I’ve been using the mono tub, but due to the size  limitations I’m thinking of using a grow tent

I apologize if that was confusing. But I was trying to say was growing the warmer temperature tolerant, sub, species of the lions mane as sold by mushroom man. I’ve already gotten a flush, and they were fantastic!

In the nursery right now, I have another bag of lions mane and also pink oysters.

I have run a heat tolerant LM variety from Lenny years ago, wild variety I believe, but aren't they all (at one time or another).  There are shiitake strains S75 which I have experience with, upper 70's, but nothing extreme.  Pink Oysters are my favorite to run in warmer temperatures, and plenty of different oysters that don't mind hotter temperatures, I'm running a Branched Oyster currently on pellets and bran, up to 85F according to description, and my chamber gets highest 77, maybe 78 on a real hot day.  We... shall... see! 

All the best cultivators, I think I rescue an older Maitake culture for future use, who knows... I hope so.
