Hello.

These are the interesting critters (and more) that I've come across over the last 10+ years of hunting.







Concerning this next one.  You've seen him in Toy Story....., now see him in Nature!!!!



This last one is probably the weirdest Fungi (not sure if it is), that I've ever come across. 

Anyone have a clue what it could be?

Sat down for lunch during a hike last month and got rattled at when I was exploring a bit on the rocks.  That one slithered away and hid in a crevice, then maybe 15 minutes later we noticed these two were hanging out super close to us the whole time.

I'll never miss the sound of those guys when I lived in Phoenix! I've was quite unnerving, to say the least. Awesome shot :thumbup:

Dark Fishing Spider Dolomedes tenebrosus


tip front left leg to tip back right was 3+ inch.

Those bugs are beautiful.

I was at the museum yesterday. My fave part is the bug exhibit. Heaps of butterflies in display and some live bugs too!
