Bummer Jon. Yeah they're not great for produce. I wish my area has a fruit market. I can't believe the hippiest place on earth doesn't have one. I know whoever opens one will make a lot of money

Yeah it was all nasty boxed stuff and canned stuff. No real food.

Yes that sounds like something for me. I'll look into it thanks!

I'm tempted to leave off the nursing degree and working as a nurse previously it seems to hold me back from getting non-nursinf jobs. Sick of having to explain myself that I have a right to leave a profession lol

Dishwashing definitely can be hectic, fast-paced work if you're into that. I thought you said you were.

Unshelled pistachios are awesome! I love prying them open. Stops em from eating the whole damn bag

Hahaha love it! Walnuts are great too. Used to love as a kid getting out the white Nutcracker and flexing my muscles hahaha. I'm sure mum loved picking up the shells and the full walnuts that inevitably ending up flying across the room after dislodging from the cracker.

Also walnuts have such a great smell to them. They smell like really clean dirt

Walnuts are all right I'm not a huge fan of them though.

The earliest blackberries are starting to ripen and it makes my evening walks much more exciting. We've got thousands of bushes near us, every one of them so heavy with berries that I'm already getting ready to be sad at how many will rot on the ground.

We had blackberries in the backyard of one of our houses and mum wanted to pull them out. It was hectic! Got so scratched up. But was fun eating them.

OPT: I bought a shitload of DVDs on eBay and they arrived in insanely good condition. I'm so pumped.

Mostly movies I’ve seen and love but a few that are highly regarded but not seen by myself

Nice. I'm tempted to buy a DVD player too. My mum uses one and it saves her a lot avoiding the subscription

Opt drinking a can of coke from my fave laundromat. They have these cool old vending machines and it's $1 a can. You have to buy there funny tokens but you use the tokens on the vending machines too. It's always an excuse to buy a can rather than walk around with a bunch of tokens I end up forgetting to use.

It's funny the things you fall in love with. A dirty little laundromat with lovely owners in a small little suburb.

Not six months ago I was considering living in the city. So glad I ditched that idea

I live in the city, though I would also love living in the country by the mountains. The mountains are visible from the city too; they're everywhere.
