Dehydrators use a heating element, what makes it gentle is that there's a fan blowing through it so it doesn't get all that hot. Sunlight and airflow might be able to replicate that to some extent,but I think this is something you're gonna have to game out yourself. Same with your electricity requirements. I'm pretty sure there are some options that would work for your situation, small-scale rechargeable dehydrators or dehumidifiers that employ batteries or whatever, but I'm not particularly motivated to help you sort that out given your tone. Anyway, I'm sure you're capable of doing that yourself.

That's not going to work for you. For long term storage they need to be completely bone dry, and for that you need a dehydrator. Check out how they can feel dry but still hold a lot of moisture inside here.

It's not worth it to go through the whole process and then ruin your fruits in just 1-2 months because you didn't dehydrate them properly.

I reiterate my earlier advice to buy some dealer shrooms and learn PF tek, but mafackas don't listen. If you do manage to fuck around and accidentally grow a mushroom, eat that shit fresh. Or just toss it overboard... I mean, dry it like AI said to.
