I think they were referring to restlessness specifically when it's a way of avoiding despair.

Hedonic depression rather than ahedonic (sloth and torpor).  Doomscrolling vs laying in bed.

I tend to bounce between them, so I definitely know what you're referring to.

If that’s your jam you would absolutely love Magic! My favorite part about the game aside from the testing is using information during the actual game, either by what cards are on the table, or what your opponent is giving you, to defeat them :lol:

It’s definitely a nerds game in that respect - aside from all the D&D like themes - in that the winning strategy is really to problem solve better than your opponent.

True!

Takes a lot of mental energy to maintain that state of mind. Also, theres the Law of Attraction that states having this state of mind will attract more of the same.
