Flattish bread with dipping tomato paste, salt,oregano, pepper flakes and olive oil, and about a quart of fruit salad. I was going to make it in a loaf pan, but it was very humid made this to cut down on the time the oven was on.

I found out horiatiki (greek salad) is basically keto friendly, so i might make it one day, i used to make it but with couscous as a base, im thinking of making traditional (just the veggies and cheese and dressing) or maybe shredding some chicken breast and using cooled shredded chicken breast as a base

I made the greek salad, it dosnt look good, i should have got cherry tomatoes cause i was too dumb to cut them into wedges and still look good, i also made a chicken club cassorole, and i got arugla and olives on the side for the greek salad, arugla isnt traditional so i kept it on the side in case any one dosnt want it, and one guest dosnt like olives, so i kept them on the side, i also got a baugette in case any one wants carbs, cause both the salad and cassorole are keto friendly, oh and the salad dressing store lady convinced me to use a tuscan infused olive oil and sicaly lemon balsamic instead of normal oil and red wine vinegar, ot cost me $35 for a small bottle of the oil and small bottle of vinegar

green ones are mushroom spinach, top 4 are shredded chicken and the bottom right red guy is skirt steak.

i love enchilada bakes. although my oven is broken so i had to cover with foil and cook on the weber. so fucking good :drooling:

I went to the store today and they had a presidents choice Greek pork loin reduced for quick sale, it cost me $7 for 720g

And I made a fake tziki sauce to add some fat, I didn't measure any of it I just mixed mayo, garlic powder, salt, pepper, lemon juice and about a third of a English cucumber diced small

It was pretty delicous

i got two small salmon fillets for $8 today for dinner, i ate the bigger one (118g raw) and saved the smaller one, probably around 100g for breakfast tomorrow, i forgot to take a picture, if i remember in the morning ill snap a pic of it
