I love braised kale or raw with lots of toppings raisins, cranberry, fried onions etc the goes on.


that sounds awesome. I think it pairs really nicely with raisins and cranberries and a nice vinaigrette and some :goat: cheese.

I'm gonna do a dab and then roll some joints for tomorrow. I've got a bunch of shit to unload in the AM but I'll probably smoke a joint or two while I unload.

edit: My boss confirmed we're raising some layer chickens so I'm hoping I can talk him into getting a few ducks as well. His partner might put the kibosh on that though.

I bought a $70 tub of tallow a while back, i think it was a gallon maybe, i still ave 25%-33% left in it, i havnt used any cooking oils in a long tme between the tallow and also ghee, the ghee is good for things you dont want a beef flavour, i tried to kinda semi deep fry something in the tallow once, so i used a lot instead of just a spoon or 2, and the whole apartment smelt like beef after lol

The next time we send some pigs to the processor I gotta make sure I have them separate the leaf fat so I can render some odorless, flavorless bakers lard. The stuff I rendered is dope but you wouldn't want to make pastries with it
