I'm also using the MMGG tek along with the tall jar tek. One of my cakes got pinheads 11 days after it was birthed. Were your cakes all birthed at the same time? Keep high humidity, fan the CO2 and give them a couple of hours of light and pins should appear.

Congrats on your first pins. I fan 2x a day, once in the am once before i go to bed and at this time i mist and spray the sides of the terrarium. the other cakes can have totally different conditions than the one pinning so give it time.
