You need to clean out your startup list:

click Start->Run and type in msconfig then click OK

Chose the Startup tab.

Now go down that list and compare each item listed in the Startup Item column to the ones found in this list. Uncheck everything that the list says to (anything that the list has an X or N beside it for Status).

If you can't do that...I could do it for you, though it will require you sending me a piece of your registry. Shoot me a PM if you want to do that, and we can set up a chat session or something.

Good luck!

(alternately: you could just download and run a program like Ad-Aware which should scan your computer and remove all that shitty spyware/adware you have installed!)

You can just type in the name of the exe into google and search for it.
ctfmon.exe is a system process and poses no threats.
wgoltsvs.exe I am unsure of and probaly should end it.
fast.exe is "Installs as part of Windows XP PowerToys as an option for very-fast user switching"
svchost.exe is a system process and poses no threats
nopdb.exe Application that is associated with Norton Speed Disk.
nvsc32.exe, did you mean nvsvc32.exe? If its nvsvc32.exe, its nvidia graphic drivers
alg.exe is a system process and poses no threats.
spoolsv.exe is a system process and poses no threats.
(5 of it running, some is running by system some by network it says) Did you mean SVCHOST.EXE?
SVCHOST.exe is a system process and poses no threats
sysmonxp.exe appears to be some sort of virus/worm/trojan, get rid of asap.

I hope you didn't pay for spyware doctor.

As for ad-aware, go to www.lavasoft.de, they have other mirrors. Also another program that works really good is spybot search and destroy, its also free.
