The supply doesnt meet demand, so there is a lot of price support built into the market. A lot of housing is being financed by the cheap mortgages of the last 15 years. People are not selling because they don’t want to give up those cheap loans and replace them with todays rates. There should be a law that mortgages can be transferred to another property
