Biden can have Trump executed by Seal Team 6.

The Republican-controlled House can impeach Biden, and the Senate, run by Democrats, can refuse to convict him ...

... and the justice system can't touch Biden once he's out of office.

Have I got his logic right here?

I there is zero percent chance the court will rule a former is immune from criminal prosecution. I honesty don’t know why SCOTUS is even entertaining the idea by hearing the case. The proper procedure would be to examine the actual facts presented at a trial and determine if he was immune from prosecution for those particular crimes.

Because the majority of the justices don't want Trump to go to trial for anything before the presidential election. They are partisan and delaying.
