Hello I'm new

Hi guys. I wandered in here a few days ago after taking a few mushrooms. I hadn't done them in years and forgot how much fun they were. I am a registered republican. I think GWB is doing a fantastic job. I also am not looking to bicker, but I will not shy away from well thought out and civil debate over politics.

The selection of that screen name is sort of like a bumper sticker, and it is going to incite a few of our members to get into endless debates with you about politics, and unfortunately, drag down many fine threads into election-year polemics, babble, and bickering...

One of my best friends is a Bush supporter, and he does shrooms, too. You're not alone. BTW, supporting Bush and being a conservative are very different things.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I'm always up for a good argument.(as long as it's civil.) I'm also able to put politics aside and not let it get in the way.

I support Bush, but I am a conservative. I guess I'm libertarian when it comes to drug issues, but that's about it.

See this is what I mean. Most users will not be able to put your screen name aside, they will most likely attack you no matter what. And I doubt some of it will be civil, but you'll find a lot of intelligent people here too. They will argue to the end about your name no matter if you're posting in the Pub, Cultivation, or Politics.

I Highly suggest changing your name... unless you want strife almost everywhere you post.

Don't forget what Pappy said, politics discussion is for the Politics forum...
