Trouble in the land of cacti

I was going to plant this cactus I got in the mail when I noticed some little black spots on the pups.

The pedro has a little pup on top, and to on the bottom(so in a way its 4 cacti, kinda )


Anyway, the top pup is ok, the MAIN PEDRO is fine, but the 2 bottom pups have little spots on them, black spots.


The best description I could give would be like a small thin blister thats black, if that makes sense to anyone.

This isnt Trich(as in mold, not genus) right???( trich is black, I have seen it before(fungi) )

But I dont know what it looks like on cacti.

This pedro didnt come in the mail this way, these spots showed up a couple days after , I am still going to plant tonight , but what should I do about these spots??

Unless its really big and ugly, i wouldnt worry about it. A small, hard, black spot isnt anything to worry about. They hapen to absolutely everyone. Cactus freckles. If it starts to get soft, you're in trouble....

Mushy rotting kidna soft???

Because its not like that, but its like a human blister, I can rub it and "feel" some sort of stuff inbetween the skin.

Its not huge and it is FLSUH with the side of the cactus.

So I HOPE its no big deal.
