Stupid US customs killed my scale

Me and my friends bought 1g 2c-i, 1g 2c-e, 1g DPT and 100mgs 5-meo-dmt... That arrived after lots of shit and e-mailing after 2months.

The only thing we needed was a mgs scale. Bought this scale: http://www.bulknutrition.com/?products_id=904 the GemPro 50 a few days ago. It was shipped with FedEx International Priority. I was so happy when I received the scale today, only 5 days after my order.

I opened the package carefully while noticing US custom tape. Pressed the On key -> error. Tried to callibrate the scale; pressed the correct key combination -> scale only gives an error and turns off.

US customs searched the package and I think they killed it(or should I blame Canada?). I mailed the technical support and the online shop. I hope they will send me a new one or they can help me(I am probably just too stupid to use a scale). I will have to send my scale back to america then they have to fix it or send me a new one... I have no time to wait that long  :frown:

Do you think they have to send me a new one? I'm really scared they will blame me. Lots of money for a poor student...

It just sucks. We wanted to try the RC's this summer...

that blows... you could still use 5meodmt and dpt rather easily without a mg scale though...

Funny thing is that we also bought a precision pipette. I received that pipette broken. That was a Dutch online shop so it was easy to get a new one...

It's such a disappointment if you are so happy when the FedEx is at your door and then the scale the fedex guy brings doesn't work... Time to smoke a  :spliff:

Should I worry about never getting a working scale without paying again? :confused:

I would think they would give ya another, but you'll probly have to send that one back and wait for another. If they wont replace it.. they suck!

just email the place that sent you the scale, and say something like......

" the scale i ordered was broken when i received it, i would like you to replace it or i will inform the BBB (better buisness bureau) of your extremly dis-satisfying products and service."


meanwhile.... you can just throw a little pinch of 5meodmt in your pipe... no real need to be ultra accurate when smoking it... you wont od from it..... it is however intense at very small doses... but the more you smoke the more visual it gets...

yeah annom just dissolve it in a liqiud, something with a high alcohol %. that way you can ealsily measure it out. for the measuring of ml you can use a syringe.

yes, we thought about that.. that's why we bought the pipette. After reading much about dissolving in liqiud, like this thread http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=ODD&Number=2379923 , we decided to buy a scale because we want to store the RC's for a long time(few years) and most people said dissolving in liqiud isn't a stable way to store 2c-i and 2c-e.

Another funny thing is that the wireless switch I bought online a few weeks ago was also broken when I received it.

The last 3 online thingies I bought were totally crap when they arrived at my home  :rolleyes:

but when stored in a liquid like vodka or something (please someone correct me if you shouldn't do this)
you can put in in a freezer without the liquid actually freezes. that way you'll keep it very cool and dark so I don think it's pretty stable that way.

now I have to go studying for my social psychology exam on friday...
