I made Cincinnati Chili
    #27660329 -

Gluten free and vegetarian. I feel like I might get some real Ohio hate for the lack of greasy drunk slop

Beautiful presentation, you can say whatever you want to Ohio people, there's only like a half a dozen of them that are capable of outrunning you, and only 2 of them still live there.

But really, looks delicious, looks really good for the guts too, please go into detail as to the preparation

Well, I can't remember the exact amounts for everything since I made a large modified pot but I just follow a typical base recipe for 3 bean vegan chili and adjust it.  This one has 4 cans of beans (black, kidney, pinto, chick pea), zucchini, yellow squash, corn, tomato (I use can roasted and dice a few fresh tomatoes), white and sweet onion, garlic (lots), red and green bell pepper, jalapeño and spinach. 3 tbsp nutritional yeas flakes.  Typical seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, chili seasoning (salt free),cumin, oregano and cayenne).  I split up the amount of added liquid need and do half vegetable stock half water.  Made that Sunday morning and let it simmer for a few hours, been eating ever since.

Tonight, I just baked the spaghetti squash prior, dished it out and topped it with reheated chili, fresh grated local NY sharp cheddar and sour cream then chopped raw sweet onion/cilantro.

We have the "garbage plate" here in Rochester and I see some dude killing it in a truck the past few years making about 8 healthy, with meat or full vegan, twists on the cities iconic drunk food.

Yes, my ass sounds like a paper mill the last couple days.

I usually put in porcini for a meat type flavor and maybe a light sprinkle of dried black truffle for a little funk but I gave some of this batch to my uncle who's unable to cook for himself and he can't stand mushrooms.

Nah. Skyline is cinnamon water and should not misrepresent itself as “chili” either.
Great looking dish.

I just made some chili last night. It calls for 450 grams of bacon and 1.35 kg of beef. I ain't gonna lie, it's the best batch yet.

Man, all that sounds delish, no such thing as too much garlic, cilantro, or farts.

I thought the spaghetti squash was sauerkraut at first. I really like the idea of taking a typically unhealthy dish and turning it into something that's good for you.

Nicely done, keep showing us pics of the foods you do!
