I mean I feel like alot this was all for nothing I don't think these virus spread the way we think and I feel like these tests have been iffy at best especially at detecting asymptomatic or pre/post symptomatic cases especially with how much faster omicron and the newer variants seem to incubate in the body. At best these tests manufacturers only claim 80% accuracy with the orginal clinical testing which is likely some bullshit number to put a test out asap. :shrug:

Did you guys not play plague Inc? Think about how contagious they're saying this is. Unless u live the life of a hermit crab with no human contact then you've probably already been exposed. It's not some coincidence everyone you know suddenly has a cold. If you played plague Inc for like 2 seconds you realize everything that was done every step this pandemic was the dumbest too little too late move we could have made thanks to people like retard fauci and its only thru natural cycles and inherent nature of these virus and the grace of God we survived this shit. :facepalm:

Ive been out a lot, the dispensaries are usually crowded small indoor building, and the department store where i go to buy tools and lumber and concrete etc. Full off contractor people and workers youd assume to be unvaxed, and theyre usually unmaksed.

Still no cold symptoms, no covid, no nothing  :pondering:

Hell even if you live the life of a hermit crab, if you work around other people you can still get it. I went to the movies with my mother 2 days ago but before that I did not go anywhere except the store maybe 2 times per month and I STILL got covid :/

Omicron has such a short incubation people aren’t testing positive sometimes for a day or two after symptoms.

I think it’s safe to assume if you’re sick it’s covid

Pretty sure I had it last week. It felt how you feel when a cold is coming on, but it never even got to the level of full head cold, just a low level shitty feeling for 5-6 days. A normal cold I usually recover in 2 days or so. So it was longer duration but pretty I was pretty much asymptomatic. If that was Omnicron it was a walk in the park.

Glad I didn't visit my parents for christmas and give it to them regardless. I should be getting a booster soon so hoping for next level immunity. I think Omni may be great for getting our species used to the endemic form of Rona. If everyone gets it we should be rocking some herd immunity in a short period of time and maybe be on the path to back to fucking normal which is what everyone vaxxed and unvaxxed want.

From the very bottom of my heart, I truly hope this is the case.

It's been such a cluserfuck for the world, and vaccination - even if it were possible to get it to every part of every country in the world and to get everyone to take it - wouldn't come close to getting us through to the finish as quickly as a highly virulent, mild strain as I think we all hope this to be. The former will simply never happen, but the latter would see COVID just becoming another of the standard common colds, just as did happen to the 'Spanish Flu' influenza strain that was our last pandemic...

After all, that one only lasted for two years; how conceivable is it that we may be nearing the finish line after two years of this shit?

LOL, it certainly seems to have given him the worst case of 'righteous indignation' that I've ever seen him catch. Thankfully it seems like a strain that has a very low potential for transmissibility, and I just hope that it wears off quickly for those that have it, as it seems to have a lot of anger, aggression, stress (probably a lot of cortisol) and judgmentalism and segregation as side affects, so I wouldn't want anyone to have to deal with it for long, nor would I want it to spread.

I wonder what the equivalent of a mask is for it?
