Psilocybin percentage in Psilocybe Mexicana

Time and again I hear that 5 grams of dried Stropharia Cubensis is the "magic dosage". I want to experience that. However since I'm more likely to obtain fresh truffles (Psilocybe Mexicana), I would like to ask:

How many grams of FRESH Psilocybe Mexicana is equal to 5 grams of dried Stropharia Cubensis (approximately)?

So far I've tried 30 grams of fresh truffles, the trip was intense and good, but I guess that's still far below the 5 grams Cubensis level.

its not always the same for the strand, it depends on how it was cultivated...

Paul's chart is way outdated.

12 to 20 pairs fresh shrooms is a dose equivalent to one fresh ounce of P. cubensis or of 3-5 dried grams of P. cubensis and/or one dried gram of P. mexicana. Or one third fresh opunce.

I will be getting truffles as 'stones' (their mycelium) not already formed mushrooms. So all I'll know is how much they weigh.

One third of an ounce = 9,3 grams of fresh truffles = 5 grams dried cubensis? That cannot be true, because one average dose is 15 grams of fresh Psilocybe Mexicana. Tried it several times, that's not a particulary big dose.

So let me rephrase the question: How many grams of fresh psilocybe mexicana (in its 'stone' or mycelium form) would be equal to 5 grams of dried cubensis?

Fresh mushrooms I posted above wqould be one third fresh ounce of P. mexicana.; Different species have fdifferent ampounts of chemicals in them.

P. mexicana 's dosage is close to or equivelent of Liberty caps or P. stuntzii// 20 to 40 fresh shrooms weighing one third fresh ounce of mushrooms. The Mazatecs eat 12 top 20 paoirs. That would be 24 to 40 shrooms fresh. The sclerotia is active at 15 grams fresh or more.

I know this is an old post. I just got some fresh sclerotia which was 15g as a standard commercial dose. They were selling 20g of fresh cubensis as a similar dose. But I have seen some reports that dried cubensis and sclerotia have similar potencies. Sclerotia has about 33% dry content so my fresh 15g would dry to 5g. I always found my sclerotia to be weak and put it down to poor cultivation leading to small weak stones, but maybe it is weaker for everybody.

EDIT: the FAQ says dried sclerotia is 2/3 as potent as dried cubensis, and fresh sclerotia is twice as potent as fresh cubensis. The commercial doses say otherwise
