Noob agar question...

Total noob to agar here with kind of a dumb question....

  So, I bought so premixed PDA powder from seaweed solutions lab and a had a few dumb questions...
1. Assuming the mix is good do I need to add any additional mix to the powder?

2. I have 10grams of this premixed powder which is supposed to be added to 250 ml of water. I'll be using wide mouth half pint jars. So I'm wondering if I can simply add 1 gram to each jar  add 25ml of water to each jar,pressure cook, cool and inoculate under my glovebox?

Any help is much appreciated! I'll eventually be making my own pda just wanted to cut out that step to hopefully give myself a little headstart. Thanks everyone for the time and help.

No you don’t have to add anything other than water.
You do still need to mix and slowly bring it to a boil in a saucepan before pouring in to your jars.
Keep an eye on it and stir it regularly or it will boil over quick af.

Thanks! So I'll just boil until agar is dissolved. pour evenly into jars and pressure cook 15psi for 30 mins and knock em up under the glovebox? Sorry for the redundant questions just want to make sure I don't leave too much room for error
