If it was not there before and it just appeared then probably contam, wait a day or two to be sure but probably contam.

The image seems to be gone already, so kind of hard to see now. You could take it into the sunshine and use a magnifying hand mirror mirror or a large magnifying glass to cauterize the area around the spot. Kill those spores before they get a chance to migrate and contaminate the rest of the jar.
