Sounds like cobweb mold to me. H2O2 mistings will help take care of it, just read the teks that are described thoroughly on this message board.

You aren't being sterile enough. Once, I left a bunch of leftover cooked brown rice out on the counter for a day and that's exactly what grew on it, a white fuzz with black dots. I'm not sure at which stage you get this contamination but that's probably where you should look first.
