Sydney Western Suburbs - Subaeruginosa ID Request - June 20

Habitat:
Found along side creek in Eucalypt debris and leaves / wood chips.

Gills:
Underneath younger mushrooms the gill colour is similar to a milky tea. Older specimens darker brown.

Stem:
Variety of lengths ranging from 4 cm to 8cm. Thickness ranging from 3mm to 9mm. Stem bruising black / dark blue. Tiny hollow inside the stem like a hollow tube.


Cap:
Caramel colour when fresh - turning to more yellowish once they start to dry. Very apparent black / dark blue bruising on caps. Widths of caps ranging from 1cm (for the young ones) to 6cm for the older specimens.

Spore print colour:
See attached photos of spore prints. All dark blue / back

Bruising:
They all bruise dark back / blue

Na, all subs. Test by bending the stems slightly. They should all be really firm....

Thank you. Yep they are pretty ridged and dont fall apart when bent / handled a bit rough

One of the images is deleted, but all that I can see are Psilocybe subaeruginosa.
