Does anyone know what these are and how can a person get their hands on the proper spores to reproduce them?

This is a 'strain' of Psilocybe cubensis called "Penis Envy".
What you have there are the first flush blobs(PE often makes blobs/mutations on the first flush).
Spores are available all over the place, and yes they are potent.

You my friend are a legend, thank you!  Are the blobs considerably more potent than the regular shrooms? These are just so incredibly strong.

I've heard this, and I currently have PE, but these are way stronger. I guess it's just a good batch
