Re: ID request, Indonesia [Re: pluplub]

Found a few more after rain previous night. Bigger ones this time!

Growing in cow dung, under coconut tree's. By the coast.

Just walking along, and i remember, "check for shrooms", look down on my left, and see what i think is Pan Cyans.
20m along, look down to my right, and there i find what i think might be cubes.
Is it usually this easy?

I 'think' these are the same species as the others i found (previously discussed in this thread) in the same area based on TI's comments above.

Bruising blue.
Spore print - suspected pan cyan is jet black, suspected cube is dark purple/black.

It would be nice if a TI could give the thumbs up on these ones too to be sure.
One has a textured top on it, unlike the others. Also note the gills are protruded on one *cube? whereas not on the other *cube?.

Trying to figure out dosage without scales still...If a tea is made with all these, would we be looking at like 2grams here, or 20grams? No idea.

It's not usually this easy, you're just in the right time, at the right place. Which is also how to trip :mushroom2: I'm spending long afternoons trudging through the Aussie bush for scant rewards.... still totally worth it.

The photos from yesterday look like Pan cyans.

The pan cyans photo from today isn't loading but the rest look great, more Psilocybe cubensis .  Cyans will bruise blue like a motherfucker (hence the name "blue meanies) and produce a jet black spore print.

I don't like guessing weight but you'd be looking in the area of 20-100g wet. You can MacGyver up some makeshift balance scales fairly easily and use coins for weights if you really want to find out, coin weights are available on wikipedia.
