Then why are you asking for help? There is nothing we can help you with if you don't follow proper technique. You can use little plastic containers for agar you don't need petris. Look up pasty plates on here.
Edit: Start over with agar or you are gonna keep getting bad results

Well I followed cloning TEK i found on this site and it went really good(mushies got very big and good pinset). I got roasted badly of using same LC as now people say(maybe I should continue but using LC only once), I will try to give up LC after this before I master the agar. I cannot allow myself things like this to happen again so with new LC I will do G2G after so I dont hit wall again, better few jars tossed then all project dead

Look at the date of the Tek and/or thread. Some are 5-10+ years old and are considered bad practice nowadays.

Ok, I had to little info by those times....

But guys, thank you very much for response, I will switch LC and will start going onto agar

The only question left is what is the options with the jars that are already colonised, its bunch of them and I need to free them for new rye to fill.

I think is to cold to spawn them outside, but I will check more on what temps it has to be.

So, since the contams are likely to be slightly different for each jar, I'd fruit them all invitro if you really want.  I wouldn't want to mix them together.

Here's some help on that: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php?Cat=0&Number=24981864&page=0&vc=1#24981864

Add some verm on top of your colonized grain and spray it down. Put a baggie over it. Pray for the best.

Thanks for advice, is there any possibility if i move them into something else?

Things is I want to free the jars so I can reuse them, jars are not wide mouth

yeah coir and verm pasteurization does matter. especially if he sterilized it.Also the way he pasteurized could tell me alot about his sub.

I'm sorry, maybe someone could help me out here. I was under the impression that pasteurization of a coir / verm sub was not necessary, and that sterilization of a coir sub didn't really matter. Has something changed recently??

its not really mandatory with coir no. but the point of pasteurization is to not completely kill all the microorganisms, rather it makes them inactive and thus reduces the microbial load.

Shoeboxes for each quart. That'll free up your jars. I have some advice for that in my signature.

Think of a block of coir as "colonized" when it gets to you. It's just not in the same way that myc colonizes it. It has helpful bacteria/microorganisms that are on there doing their job and keeping other nasties from "colonizing" it in that way. When those things are present this gives cube mycelium the advantage because those other things keep away worse stuff. When you sterilize it that kills those helpful things, so this gives new nasties the advantage again.

The whole thing about cultivation is that it's like a race, and you're essentially setting up your mushroom mycelium to win this race. Everything you do that isn't good sterile technique allows other things to possibly get ahead in this "race" to finish colonizing.

Once you've sterilized coir you need to work aseptically to keep out all the other bad things (i.e. SAB or Flow Hood work) so they don't win the race. When I use bucket tek this pasteurizes it (sorta... kinda) which doesn't kill those helpful things, so I can mix my spawn (which is grain that's been completely colonized by mycelium, so nothing else can get to it) with the coir in open air.

Even if you did all these things:
Isolate on agar to a T-3 culture,
Use clean grains that are properly prepared,
Pasteurize  you sub properly,

you must maintain proper temps and an abundance of moving air for FAE & GE. The mono's need to be in an area that has fresh, moving air.

Fresh air is the key, imo.

Ok, I hear what you're saying Shaper and that makes sense.. I guess I was just referring to the never ending debate as to whether sterilizing coir makes a difference or whether proper pasteurization is required / preferable.

I've read so many threads on this topic that I'm almost sick of talking about it, but I guess that's my fault for bringing it back up. It's just a kick in the nuts whenever you think you "know" something because of all the reading you've done, only to find out that it's incorrect.

After you describing it to me the way you did, it makes sense that one should pasteurize coir every time (i mean it can't hurt) rather than sterilize with boiling water (which has the potential to shit on you with certain subs).

Again, I was just under the impression that it didn't matter how coir was prepped.

Brick coir is heat processed around 500 degrees Fahrenheit, it's sterile out the package, that's why bucket tek works. Any microbial content would be introduced by the end user.

**disclaimer-if you're using some sort of funky garden coir with "nutrients" stop, our fruits aren't vegetables.

Yeah, this is basically true for coir. It's essentially a moot point (also for why ProfX pointed out). I was more clarifying a technicality

because they were not legit? OP said he smelled them(not that it really matters). he also said he went lc->grain(no agar)

coir can be sterilized pasteurized or hydrated with cold tap water.. doesnt matter. pasteurizing coir tho is like wearing a condom to masturbate.

smelling jars wont tell you much. ive had jars that smelled like death but grew shrooms. and jars that smelled like the purest shroom smell mold hella fast.

also, the act of someone else correcting/questioning given advice is perfectly fine. especially when said giver didnt read the post thoroughly:cop2:

finally OP, stop using spores to lc/grain if you wish to trouble shoot whats going on. impossible to fix a problem if you are using dirty inoculate.

edit:

the method you outlined(op) for making that lc is horrifying. stop that:uhoh: learn agar. fix problems. grow mushrooms.

If you haven't done G2G successfully before, I would suggest not to go that road. Especially if you want to avoid hitting any walls. G2G is not as fool proof as you might think :stoned:
