The Amazing 10-30min Constipation Lump Removal Cure

My apologies for the taboo of graphic discussion of defecation, but I'm sure more than will admit it will find relief through this method.



Many people are plagued by conditions that form hard-to-pass lumps in your stool. Very notably, this is a frequent problem for people who use opiates.

Ultimately, yes you should eat regular, with the right kinds of fiber and  :blah:  but all that talk does you little good if you need to pass a potato, if you know what I mean.

Fortunately, there is a useful tool that works very well in a short amount of time and is actually good for your rear end.

Basically what you do, you take a 10cc syringe without needle, you draw in 2-4cc of vegetable glycerin (glycerin USP is less than 10 bucks for 1000cc), then draw in lukewarm water to the 10cc mark, shake it by aid of an air bubble, then grease up the syringe, lie down on your side, insert syringe thermomenter style and gently squeeze the 10cc of vdiluted glycerin into your bowel. You get up with care and let it do its thing. Do not fart!

What this does is soften and break up the stool lump, lubricate and moisturize/nurture the anal passage, stimulate bowel movements and provide a nutrient to the bowel flora, while osmotically drawing in some fluids into the bowel.
All things you want that make the going easier.

Glycerin is a cosmetics ingredient, but it has many very real effects that is useful for this application: it prevents moisture from being absorbed by the bowel, so that the only place it can go is into the stool, softening, breaking it up and lubricating it intimately, while turning the bowel into a moisturized, slickened and more elastic slip-n-slide.

after 10-30 min your urge to take that shit intensifies and then you'll be better equipped to take it.

The treatment might be repeated once or several times inbetween shits if a lengthy piece of concrete is to be done away with.

Its not good to rely on any means of laxatives on a chronic basis because tolerance develops which makes unassisted pooping even harder, but as you can imagine, there's no way in which a glycerin shot will cease to be effective.

A liter of Glycerin USP costs less than 10 bucks, keeps indefinitely and can be used for 250-500 treatments, so it's a 2 cent cure with top doller results. This works a better than glycerin suppositories, which are less healthy and more expensive to use than this.

Interesting, seems like it would definitely work. I put something in my coffee called MCT Oil which is extremely oily, and if I put too much of it in my coffee that I cant digest it all, I shit constantly throughout the day as it just lubricates the heck out of the whole digestive tract.. I wonder if this is in part similar to the effects of glycerin being extremely oily.

Eating more MCT than you can digest acts like drinking liquid USP paraffin.

a 30% glycerin colution is hyperosmotic so the colon won't absorb it. It will slicken the bowel wall and infiltrate the shit, loosening and lubricating it.

Problematic shits usually start with a hardened plug followed by softer stuff. Softening the initial plug gets the shit train riding again :laugh:

Good to know, will definitely look into acquiring some of this then. Seems like a quicker route than MCT oil which usually takes the entire day to take effect.
