Friday Afternoon Stroll - ID Request
    #26039233 -

I was taking a stroll this afternoon, hunting about after the rain, and I stumbled across a these in a field, about 10 feet from the treeline in Seattle. I'm rather inexperienced so I can't even discern if these are all the same type of mushroom. I sorted them into three different categories based on appearance, but they had many shared traits.

Based on cursory searches I think they could be liberty caps(probably not) or Psilocybe ovoideocystidiata.

Gill: All brown, though the gills in group 2 seem to flare more

Stem:
4-6cm length; 0.2 cm diameter, color = light brown to cream to milky white,  hollow, thin

Cap:
The cap is where the main differences were. Group 1 has caps that are round around the edges, convex, and have a pimple on top. Group 2 is much more flat, with some caps becoming concave. Pimple is still present in most of group 2. Group 3 had a distinct cap that was much more round, convex, and had alternating stripes of dark/light brown.

Spore print color:
Will update with better spore print in a couple hours. Initial seems to be dark brown to black

Bruising:
Bruising consisted of turning a darker brown

Group 1

Group 2

Group 3

You ever get an id the spores on some of the caps look purple but I see no bruising I would like to know what they were for sure myself lol. Now that I look again they are a little bigger than foes i usually see but there's thousands of lbm's with that look.

You want to look for them growing in xlusters with red stems with white hairs rather than in pairs with smooth white stems.

Here are the spore prints to satisfy curiosities.

Thanks for the ID! I'll have to go back next week and see if I can find some panaeolus subbalteatus. The easiest way to distinguish is a red stem?
