Pan cincticulus id request?

Habitat:
Where does it grow? Rotting hay feed, in cow pasture
Gills:
Light gray to black

Stem:
Reddish brown, apearing hollow

Cap: younger caps apear brown to caramel color with visible rings around edge. Older caps are tan to gray.

Spore print color:jet black

Bruising:
No visible bluing noted

Other information:
Some of the younger mushrooms looked as if they might have faint ridges around the cap but theyre fading and barely visible.im hoping this is just veil remnants.

Looks like veil remnants around the cap margins, which would indicate Panaeolus papilionaceus
