What these B safe, physically and chemically, to use in a pressure canner? I I want to sterilize some straw

I use oven bags. Just poke a little hole and cover with micropore tape to prevent a burst bag. Ezpz.

Yes, they're fine.  They're made from the same nylon resin as oven bags.

You should pasteurize straw. Sterilizing it will result in Trichoderma.
