ID request Melbourne Eastern Burbs

Hey guys 99% sure I've found some subs but just checking to make sure!

Hoping to make some spore syringes also!

Better pics of each specimen would help ID
Spore print should be purple black, not dark brown as you have stated
Last picture looks like a sub, I think I can see the telltale blueing on the stem but I cannot be sure of the rest

As far as spore syringes go, spore prints from wild specimens almost always harbour contaminants. You would need to learn how to germinate on agar to get a clean sample for inoculation of grain spawn.
You can make syringes for inoculation of outdoor (unsterile) substrate but your results will vary
Instead, stem butts grown out on cardboard will work really well to spawn new patches as they will have a "head start" on freshly germinated spores

instead of larger pics, just take a photo of the mushrooms next to your drivers license (for scale) and i will identify them for you :smile:

^^ not sure if this is some kind of a joke but why wouldnt a plethora of other things people know the size of be adequate for scale representation then to suggest a legal identification document

just need bigger pics as you can see the size they are already in relation to their normal sized looking hands

You also have Leratiomyces ceres in the second pic.  assuming you didnt pick it as i cannot see it in the last pic
