IDK, the first couple of times I did mushrooms it was 1 gram, then I split a quarter with 2 other people and that was really wild. I rarely go over 3-3.5g. I have done 5g only twice in 25 years or so. 1g is a really good start. I always say you can always add, but you can't take away.

That's true, but I'd always have anxiety and it would keep me from dosi g very high. You just gotta say fuck it and submit though it's the only way.

I say don't weigh it because psychologically it makes you more apprehensive, you start having expectations, if you don't really know for sure you don't know totally what to expect so it's easier to let go. I've been eating stones recently and I like how dense they are. They don't look like as much material as they are.

When I do them now I always grind them to powder and mix with chocolate or put in capsules, or tea. Totally alleviated the stomach upset for me.

I think im just aware deep down that i have shit i havent faced in a long time and im scared because i know mushrooms are going to force me to sit with whatever that may be for atleast 2-3 hours.  Even if its a low dose. Ill see what happens friday

I used to make mushroom chocolate bars that way. Works great and its not that hard.

I think dose depends on if you suffer from anxiety and depression. If you have anxiety I would start with 1g. You can always take more and you can always trip another day. Take 1 gram and if you do good take 2g next time. Keep in mind that no one on here knows or cares about you so don't listen to them. Do what's best for you.

I mean you can add more later for another trip. I have taken more in a couple of hours and it did work some, but that is subjective I'm sure. I think I read somewhere that there is a one hour window at the beginning of the trip to take more.

I like to watch tosh.o or ridiculousness on the come up.  Tell yourself, no more than 3 episodes.  If you stream/on demand them, that's an hour @ 22 min per episode.  If commercials are involved, watch 2.  It's light, comedic and doesn't pull you in like a show that tells a story.  After about an hour. Turn the TV off.  Have some music pre-picked out and queued up, have your drawings stuff out and readily available.  After the come up switch from TV to music and drawing and see where that takes you. 

I vote you eat all 2.5 grams.  Might as well go for the gusto.  It's been 6 years.  I scared myself once and quit for 3 years.  When I mustered rhe courage to go in again, I wasn't rushed with anxiety or fear, but instead I was greeted with a euphoric welcome back.    Don't mind fuck yourself right out of the gate.  Just eat them and don't over think it.


The mushrooms have missed you!
