I remember I was talking with to a friend last time I tripped saying that I felt mushrooms would forever be a part of my life (at least a few times a year) and how I could never have a bad trip. I ended up smoking way too much weed on an already high dose of shrooms and started having horrible anxiety. I just had such negative feelings come over to me I wanted to cry. Ever since then smoking weed gives me the same anxiety sometimes, one time in particular at work where it was almost worse then the trip. That has almost completely gone away though, as I'm back in my regular smoking routine.

It seems to me that no matter how experienced you are, a bad trip is always possible.

Well, I don't know. Recently I had a really rough trip...I mean, I was terrified. But I wouldn't necessarily call it a "bad trip" since I got (and am still getting) so much out of the experience. I guess I just don't like to use broad terms like "bad" or "good" to describe my experiences with mushrooms. :smile:

I've heard more people say "I can see how someone could get a bad trip" Usually even after they had a stupendous one.

I was like that when I first started.. then I started adjusting so to speak. Intensity increased.. and the learning aspsct seemed to fade. I found it harder and harder to just let go and have fun with friend..

By the nd of my extensive staunt with LSD, I was quite always self withdrawl but with a NEED to be aroudn people for security. LSD was telling me 'you've learnd all you can learn. Bordom is your future here. Its time to stop and move on with life.

I think maybe it's time I excepted that for myself, the last few times I've been on LSD I've felt this way. I've been blaming it on set and setting and I don't know if it's the case, I'll probably do a complete nature trip and see if I've graduated.
