Well there's eight so if I have to whittle it down to five I'd take out: Harold and Maude
The Godfather

Heavy MetalI want it to be known that I think 'Fight Club' is one of the most retarded movies I've seen in a long time. Anyone with half a brain should feel totally ripped off by that ending. It's just too much to swallow. ------------------

Ok this is really hard for me to do, I really believe that there should be a top 5 list of drama, action/adventure, mystery, horror, etc.. How does one compare Forrest Gump to say Theres something about mary... Well heres my attempt, I have a weakspot for great Dramas... Its a wonderfull life (truly magical movie, Jimmy stewart one of the best ever..)
Cinema Paradiso (Amazing film, the ending gets me everytime..a film lovers perfect movie)
Star Wars (It made me a sci-fi buff, what an amazing film, still stands up todays high budget special effects.)
Forrest Gump(as close to perfect as a film can be, humour, action, drama, its got it all...)
Casablanca (not because its cool to say so, this film is true movie magic.. I still get chills in the end of this film) Damn thats five! There are at least 20 movies that I could add, but these are my stand outs.. Cheers, Thor. [This message has been edited by thorvidar (edited July 12, 2000).]
