We will see I guess. He seems pretty serious about the Soundcloud mumble rapper life plan.

Times must be tough :horrified:

I think he just wants to have some fun with it and maybe get lucky and make some money. But tattoos are pretty permanent. Not sure how much coverage he's talking about.

Face tattoos seem pretty counter intuitive to any sort of whimsical "just having fun with it"

Either way, i'm here for the aftermath.

I think he should just stick to the grills.

His theory is that success in that particular genre of rap is based pretty much entirely on image and not rapping skill. Can't say I disagree from what I've heard of that type of stuff.

Oh he's totally right. I have no gripes about that whatsoever.

His "career" and i'm using that term loosely, will probably only last 2 years max and that's being generous. At some point he's gonna have to get a regular nigga job.

Yeah I think that's the plan, milk some money out of it for a year or so or however long it lasts.

IIRC he is a ski instructor as his day job.

He should use the facial tattoos to further the ski instructor gig.  Get a slice of pizza on one cheek, two parallel french fries on the other.

I don't get it. Are those foods associated with skiing in some way?

If you french fry when you're supposed to pizza, you're gonna have a bad time!

Oh, so it's an analogy for how you have the skis oriented. I never really got into downhill skiing.

Now that I see the clip I realize I have seen that episode. Haven't watched South Park in quite a while.

He’s from Toronto. The Canadian Shield is very flat. You have to drive hours and hours to find real skiing if you live in southern Ontario. There’s a couple ski hills in the Toronto area but they are so small you can French fry when you should be pizzaing and you won’t have a bad time.

Yeah the only time I've been downhill skiing was a school trip to Quebec. Cross country skiing I've done more of.

I have family who live about 30 min south of Owen Sound. It's pretty nice around there. Never been up the peninsula or to Manitoulin. Apparently there is still some cheap land around Manitoulin.

Tobermory is the place you gotta check out. It's between Owen Sound and Manatoulin Island. It has the most spectacular, clear water that I have seen in Ontario. Really good cliff jumping at the Groto too.
