Questions about tyvek

Hello everyone this is my first post and second attempt at mycology looking forward to some advice 😊 I’ve seen RR wearing tyvek arm sleeves in a few videos and I have a couple of questions about it (maybe I’m over thinking this) #1 do these need to be sterilized prior to wearing them #2 are these reusable or only one use? Would I be better off just wearing scrubs? Like I said might be over thinking I just don’t want any contaminates. Thanks in advance for the info 💯
