I don't see anything about your projection in there, nor much specific other than targeted demographics/regionals

Edit: reading the actual bill I see a lot more general/specifics in how this is to be achieved. Most of it is good stuff as far as I'm concerned - and I think it's cool she's willing to make an effort like this. How many 75 year old congressmen who have been there for 30-40 years have ever tried to make a powerful motion to enact this degree of revitalization in the country? Most can hardly make an effort other than yea, naying in line with their party
