PF TEK + Grow Bag progression..seeking 2nd opinions

I first inoculated on 2/6 (17 days ago) and am pretty happy with my results.

I believe that 3/5 jars are 100% colonized and the last two stragglers are around.. 90%? The bottoms of all 5 jars are fully connected.

I'm assuming the very top layer where the dry Verm is will not be colonized as their is no nutrients, but correct me if I'm wrong.

I also noticed a possible contamination on one of the laggers which I outlined with sharpie.

It may just be some parts of the Verm that broke off into smaller pieces, but it concerns me because it's right where the mycelium hasn't fully connected.

Should I give the other 3 jars a week before birthing?

When first decided to try and grow mushrooms I ordered a grow bag and spores a friend had recommended. He isn't very experienced either but has had some success with the bags.

I inoculated on 2/5 (18 days ago)

Just after taking the pics I decided to mix the contents of the bag to hopefully speed up the colonization, which is recommended by the vendor. This was sort of a pain in the ass and I would have preferred to mix in a tub, which I may end up doing, but I'm concerned about contaminating the still colonizing substrate by transferring it to a new container.

Would this be okay to do at this stage or should I give it a week or two before transferring to a tub?

I'm also thinking I'll have to keep an eye on the the humidity / surface moisture once transferred to a new container.

I'm not suggesting putting it in "fruiting conditions" so it would be a sealed container...but now that I think about it...how would provide GE?

Any input is appreciated!
