Is this mycelium (agar)?
    #25785807 -

Took some tissue and threw them in some agar plates, then immedietly stored them in the fridge for a month. They've been out of the fridge for 2 weeks now and this is what they look like.

The while fluffy one definitely looks like mycelium to me, but it's weird how the mycelium is growing into the air and not the agar. I have no idea what's in the other ones, but it looks like there is something growing from the walls of the agar plate. It looks almost the same as the stuff growing from the tissue I dropped in so I have no idea.

I used the 2% MEA recipe

There was a lot of condensation in the plates after I took them out of the fridge so it was hard to get a good pic without putting them over a light

These ones are the first two above but flipped over and not over a light

I too am on my first round of agar. After my first transfer mycelium appears to be growing into the air. I'm interested to see what more experienced cultivators have to say.

Mostly bacteria. Your first plate, looking at both sides, looks like cube myc with some bacteria- the others are pretty much all bacteria.

Do you think I would have any luck transferring some of the myc from the first one to a new plate?
