Need Help Identifying a Problem

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.  Mods please move as appropriate.

This is my first grow and it has been going very well so far.  I am learning a lot about mycelium and how it grows and fruits.  I am currently fruiting several cakes (PF tek).  I have a cake that is bluing for reasons unknown and it is barely fruiting.  They look like aborts honestly.  It hasn't been handled poorly but it just looks sickly as opposed to the others.  Any advice?  Should I pull it out and dunk it?

Nice fruits!
Bluing can mean bruising, dry or soggy substrate. Bruising is okay. For dry cakes we set them in a saucer with a little water over night and adjust misting accordingly. Soggy cakes, we increase FAE if we can, and back of misting

But the big problem I see is there are no holes in your fruiting chamber - how are you providing frequent air exchange (FAE)?
There are lots of ways to fruit cakes successfully , but if you are using perlite in a tub, it would be best as a SGFC. 1/4" holes in a 2 x 2" grid pattern on all six sides, 5" damp perlite in the bottom, raised up off the surface by the corners on something like cans or bricks.
