U.S. Attorney Agrees to Present Evidence of World Trade Center Demolition to Federal Grand Jury

UNITED STATES ATTORNEY AGREES TO COMPLY WITH FEDERAL LAW REQUIRING SUBMISSION TO SPECIAL GRAND JURY OF REPORT BY LAWYERS’ COMMITTEE AND 9/11 VICTIM FAMILY MEMBERS OF YET-TO-BE- PROSECUTED 9/11 RELATED FEDERAL CRIMES 

Finally, after 17 long years, the 9/11 Truth Movement has opened an avenue to prosecuting those responsible for the shocking destruction of the World Trade Center and the horrible loss of life that resulted.

Last spring, the Lawyers’ Committee for 9/11 Inquiry — together with more than a dozen 9/11 family members and with help from AE911Truth — filed a petition with the U.S. Attorney in Manhattan demanding that he present evidence of unprosecuted federal crimes at the World Trade Center to a special grand jury.

Then, in November, came the big news: The U.S. Attorney notified the Lawyers’ Committee in writing that he would comply with the provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 3332 requiring him to relay their report to a special grand jury.

The Lawyers’ Committee’s April 10th 52-page original Petition was accompanied by 57 exhibits (www.lawyerscommitteefor9-11inquiry.org/lc-doj-grand-jury-petition/) and presented extensive evidence that explosives were used to destroy three WTC buildings. That evidence included independent scientific laboratory analysis of WTC dust samples showing the presence of high-tech explosives and/or incendiaries; numerous first-hand reports by First Responders of explosions at the WTC on 9/11; expert analysis of seismic evidence that explosions occurred at the WTC towers on 9/11 prior to the airplane impacts and prior to the building collapses; and expert analysis by architects, engineers, and scientists concluding that the rapid onset symmetrical near-free-fall acceleration collapse of three WTC high rise buildings on 9/11 exhibited the key characteristics of controlled demolition.

The Lawyers’ Committee’s July 30th Amended Petition addresses several additional federal crimes beyond the federal bombing crime addressed in the original Petition. The Lawyers’ Committee concluded in the petitions that explosive and incendiary devices preplaced at the WTC were detonated causing the complete collapse of the WTC Twin Towers on 9/11 and increasing the tragic loss of life.



Attorney Mick Harrison, Litigation Director, stated: “The failure of our government to diligently investigate this disturbing evidence has contributed to the erosion of trust in our institutions. The Lawyers’ Committee felt it was out duty as public citizens to submit this evidence to the U.S. Attorney for submission to the Special Grand Jury.”



Attorney David Meiswinkle, President of the Lawyers’ Committee’s Board of Directors, stated: “We have offered to assist the U.S. Attorney in the presentation of this evidence to a Special Grand Jury. We have also requested that Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth provide us expert support in the hope that our organizations will be invited to make a joint presentation of relevant evidence to the Special Grand Jury.”



Attorney William Jacoby, Lawyers’ Committee Board Member, stated: “We call upon the public and legal community to contact us and support our efforts to contribute to this grand jury process and to monitor and ensure compliance by the Justice Department.”

The Mission of the Lawyers’ Committee for 9/11 Inquiry

The official explanation of the events on and surrounding 9/11 has not been established in a court of law or by an objective and thorough investigation by either Congress or the 9/11 Commission.  Our overall mission is to develop and implement a detailed legal strategy to achieve transparency and accountability under the law, regarding the unprosecuted crimes of 9/11.

In the aftermath of September 11, 2001, the Congress initiated the “Joint Inquiry” and the government eventually also created the 9/11 Commission to investigate and explain what had occurred.  Almost immediately, and in the years thereafter, serious questions were raised about both the Joint House and Senate Intelligence Committees’ Inquiry and the 9/11 Commission’s version of the events surrounding 9/11. Many observers, including notably the families of the victims, criticized both inquiries for failing to address key questions.

The Lawyers’ Committee for 9/11 Inquiry, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization of lawyers, investigators, scientists and concerned citizens created to promote transparency and accountability regarding the tragic events of September 11, 2001.

How many people would have to be "in on it" to set up devices to demolish not one but 2 big fuck off buildings and in one of probably the busiest parts of the country :shrug: and its probably not something they could have done the night before.

I just read an article from the BBC that says demolition crews can take up to six months prepping a building with surveys, removing load bearing walls and setting charges. Would that kind of activity go unnoticed in the weeks and months leading up to 9/11?

Also, if it is true that demolition charges were placed what happened to the people who set them? I imagine one or 2 people couldn't do it on their own so youd need a fair sized crew, are they all ded? Are they all living in a bunker somewhere?

IDK, definitely theres a lot of stuff that dont smell right with the whole deal, but was it really done on purpose?

Lots of stories of black van crews of workers doing 'maintenance on the elevators and basement' the months before the event.

There was also a stock pile of gold
and other expensive metals below the towers that alll some how  vanished....?

Do some digging, theres allot of eye witness craziness that was happening days, weeks, months before.
Gathered info from workers that survived in a report
"There was an increase in security at the Trade Center in the two weeks before 9/11, for reasons that are unclear, which only ended the day before the attacks. Also, the fire alarm system in World Trade Center Building 7 was placed on "test condition" every morning in the seven days before the attacks and on the day of 9/11. While it was in this mode, any alarms would be ignored. And some of the elevators in the Twin Towers were out of service in the months before the attacks, supposedly due to maintenance work or modernization."

not 2, but 3 buildings. how anyone can believe the third building (wtc7) could collapse in on itself from a small fire is beyond batshit crazy and/or willfully ignorant. i hope this hearing gets to mainstream media

Why isn't it ever mentioned that the impact of a 747 on a building would be enough to completely destroy the integrity of said steel beams?  Causing at least one floor to collapse resulting in a domino effect of weight bearing beams becoming overloaded and collapsing also?
