Mushrooms obvious

Planning on growing penis envy but need to play it off as just culinary growing is there any other not hallucinogenic mushrooms that may look of the type this is for roommates in a legal country. I also am wondering if there is and secret bin tek like computer shells I could do?

Secondly, you could possibly try to pass them off as Stropharia rugosoannulata var. lutea, although I don't
really see the point hiding the truth unless your roommates are working for the FBI or the Secret Service.

Honestly there aren't too many common culinary mushrooms that look like PC, not to me at least. And even less so penis envy IMO. But the layman would likely not know the difference if you just told them it was some funky species of agaricus they've never heard of

You can fruit BRF cakes in the jar with a bag over them. Stick some of those in a computer case with a CFL in it. Done. You can also do a shoebox type TEK in just about any container. Plastic containers, whatever fits in the "stealth" object you want to grow inside.

How about brick tops? Besides the lack of blueing, they look identical to a cubensis. I'll have to go through my books to come up with the scientific name. I have pictures of wild ones I found in my area. I'll dig them up and post them too.

Pioppino are close to classic cubes, and share similar conditional requirements... but not to penis envy lol

Ah I did forget about brick tops. Close enough for the layman for sure! Other than cubes cap not being brick red, and the substrate being terrestrial instead of wood, pretty close. But yeah, if anyone were into fungi enough to notice either of those two differences, they would probably love the fact that you were growing cubes haha. I wonder if anyone's actually tried to cultivate them.

Yeah, next fall when I go find brick tops I'll take a few prints. If you are still on here I'll send you a couple. Then you can have some legal shrooms growing up front, a few cubes behind them. Lol
