Diagnose my jars

Hi all, I just wanted to check in and see what you think of these three jars.

The first three of them look suspect to me; I'm suspecting cobweb or some other kind of mold, but am not sure.

All jars are AA+ strain, inoculated on 12/21:

Second picture has some metabolites but I am not seeing anything I would say for sure is cobweb. Looks like early myc growth on the rest, but the metabolites are there for some reason. Someone more experienced will weigh in

Grains might be a little too wet . Looks okay might pull through . Doesn’t look like the strongest myc but hey better than nothing .

All of them but the last one is hella contaminated.

Ah, damn. :frown: That's kind of what I figured but was hoping it wasn't the case.

Would you know what type of contams they are? What are the telltale signs that made you come to that conclusion?

Nope, I am not sure what they are. Not cobweb (dactylium), but definitely not myc. There's tons of different white molds, and it gets hard to be able to identify species and genus due to them looking similar. You just gotta get used to telling the difference between anything and myc. Sometimes it can be almost impossible without a scope. I actually made a thread on hidden contams here:

The tell tale signs are that the morphologies are all wrong here. The 2nd one has a classic textbook example of what happens when 2 molds collide. The line of metabolites show they are fighting between each other. You can clearly tell the morphologies are completely different on either side of the metabolites, thus it's clearly 2 different molds. The first and 3rd aren't even mycelium. Just a mold. Look at the difference between them and the 4th where it's thick and rizmorphic.
