Are these safe to eat? Maybe amanita Velosa? Found under oak tree.

Hi there,

Need a non active ID of these mushrooms found beneath oak tree in Monterey. Wondering if these are amanita velosa or possibly a deadly mushroom?

It an agaricus species,  not Amanita, Amanita will have white gills and the white ones are deadly poisonous.

Whether or not they are edible Agaricus is dependent upon a few things: Smell, color of bruising are a couple of important characteristics,  I don't have an up to date key but here's one you can try:

Are those all the same as the pic on the right looks kind of like the color of a cyan on the left in the picture.
