Please Help Beginner to ID Mushrooms!! Are any of these Active? Cobb county, Georgia

Habitat:
Where does it grow? - all of these various mushrooms were picked today either just into the forest under pine straw on rotting wood or growing out of grass with red clay soil near the tree line at a park in Cobb County Northern state of Georgia.

Gills:
All of the mushrooms I picked have gills, no pores, some are very uniform and tightly spaced, while others are a bit more wavy and spread out.

I am new to this so I apologize in advance for my ignorance on the topic and I would very much appreciate anyone’s expertise. Thank you in advance and spore prints are pending if I am doing them correctly!

Welcome,
if you want to find active species start here.

Picking mushrooms randomly will most likely not bring you anywhere close.

thats the only one that kinda looks weilii-esque to me.. but wait for TI

also if youre going to be hunting in the same county as me please use a knife to collect specimens and leave the mycelium intact! lol thanks and good luck hunting

Tricholoma, maybe somewhere around T. myomyces or T. terreum.

These have white gills at maturity and therefore white spores - a feature that no psilocybin mushrooms share.

Quite a few people are finding Psilocybe caerulescens in your area these days, I suggest concentrating on that species.

Thavk you all for your help and I will definitely start using a knife to cut the stem, I did some research after I read your post and I see how disrespectful I had been to the others who come after me and to nature itself so I apologize for that, and thank you for enlightening me.
    I keep finding so many mushrooms around me and I just know there has to be so.e active ones I want to find them so bad and I keep thinking I have but then I am not sure and I want to be 100% sure so this forum is a blessing for sure! Thanks again for all yall's help seriously!

Hey also in cobb, if you want to get better you must take better pictures and format your posts correctly. Having all the pictures in a cluster at the bottom is a mess and they should all be named and talked about individually so people can help you better. Thanks, and good luck hunting
