Just wait for full colonization. And while doing so, keep in the dark to AVOID invitro pinning. You've come this far - might as well go all the way. If you want real fruiting, dont open the lids ala old school MMGG.

What temperature are the jars sitting in?

Thanks for the information, Barry. I'd really like to see them fruit nicely. They have been exposed to indirect light for a few days, but since been replaced in the dark. As for temps, they are in room temp. Maybe setting the jars in an aquarium, filling it with water, and using a fish tank heater to raise the water temp to 84 degrees will speed things along.

Is it safe to say that because no primordia formation is noticeable in the jars, nothing "magic" is happening right under the jar lids?
