Clarification of pan cyan humidity levels

To any pan experts out there -

Some teks seem to state that humidity levels should ideally be 95-100%

But consider the Hawaiian strain, but I can clearly see that the average monthly relative humidity levels clearly vary from 66-80%.

If the area where I live has the same level of humidity as Hawaii, then I should just be able to grow them outside in trays with no fancy chambers?  Then they have both air flow and ideal humidity.

So it would seem that humidity levels are not really critical and that something like air flow is more important?  Just trying to establish some logic behind setting up the ideal fruiting conditions.

Mushrooms love fresh air.  As pans are a delicate mushroom, the air flow around them will promptly dry them out if it isn’t humid.  I’d go with the recommended humidity levels as opposed to averages from a region...the mush grows when conditions are favorable, not 24/7.

Microclimates. Under a fern on a side of a mountain, you could have 100% RH permanently.
