I would say Panaeolus papilionaceus for the first one.

Maybe Hypholoma marginatum for the 2nd?

Please take a min to look through my pics. These were found this morning in light woodland (silver birch) lots of moss, signs of sheep and cows but not much rain in the last few days.
Any info would be appreciated
