Does this look normal? Weird blob like mycelium?

Hey guys!
So I'm running several unmodified monotub on oats to coir and after about 8 days since spawning to coir, several of , my tubs are knotting up like this. Is this normal? Just another mycelium formation?
None of my jars smelled like anything but fresh mycelium, and none of the tubs smell sweet so I don't think it is yeast?
Any help or advice would be appreciated, thanks!

Looks good from here. Maybe a little dry on the one side but I see you're misting so don't obsess over it and over do it.

Totally, my room got hot yesterday, went to 85 because I forgot to turn the exhaust back on. So they dried out a bit, I just misted them down well and the coir is back to normal shade of saturated, they should bounce right back I'm hoping. Glad the mycelium looks okay though, they are already starting to knot up to form pins
